There was a lot to see for the Heidelberg Economic Development Agency at our forwarding company at the beginning of June. Managing Director Nadine Beck and our Technical Manager JĂĽrgen Reising gave Marc Massoth, Head of the Office for Economic Development and Science of the City of Heidelberg, his deputy Daniel Bumiller and the contact person for industry and GreenTech, Jan Kotulla, exciting insights into the diverse and changing transport and logistics sector during a visit. “My great-grandfather founded the company as a furniture removal company. My grandfather even invented the inclined furniture elevator. We are now a transport service provider with a broad spectrum,” explained Managing Director Nadine Beck.
Next year we will be celebrating our 90th company anniversary. In addition to private removals, the range of services also includes office removals, machine and vehicle transports, complete company relocations and warehousing on over 7,200 square meters. “In addition to Fels, my father and I also founded the sister company FES GmbH in Plankstadt in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, which specializes in the so-called last mile in two-man handling. So today we are not only part of the analog, but also the digital sales process for new goods,” says Nadine Beck.
The employees of the office were impressed by our company and the wide range of services we offer as a transportation service provider.
During the tour, we were also able to exchange ideas and now know how the business development agency can help us, for example in recruiting trainees.
Thank you very much for your visit.
