The environment is important to us!
In 2007, we received an award from the city of Heidelberg for sustainable business practices, because the environment is close to our hearts. In our industry in particular, we cannot do without mobility, but we compensate for this by making savings elsewhere.

Award for sustainable management
In 2012, we again took part in the revalidation project. On the roofs of our warehouses, we have a photovoltaic system with 280 kWp on 2000 square meters. This enables us to produce an average of 286,000 kWh of electricity per year. That’s enough for 72 single-family households with four people. We therefore save 155 tons of CO2 per year.

Our fleet is state of the art
Our transportation is carried out with an environmentally friendly fleet of vehicles, with almost all trucks meeting the latest EURO 6 standard and the rest meeting the EURO 5 standard. This enables us to reduce greenhouse gases during our removals in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region and also in long-distance transportation. Our cars in the field are also environmentally friendly.

Move sustainably with the Turtlebox
We also offer the option of using the environmentally friendly Turtlebox for private and office removals. Each box saves up to 87% CO2 compared to moving boxes and thus contributes to a climate-friendly move. The boxes are also extremely practical thanks to their high-quality construction. They have a load capacity of 70 kg, are splash-proof and waterproof, have tear-proof, comfortable recessed grips and can be stacked perfectly and without slipping thanks to their special design.

Climate-neutral printing
With our printers, our emissions are offset by investing in sustainable climate protection projects in accordance with the “Gold Standard” recommended by the WWF. Offsetting takes place via emission certificates from climate protection projects that demonstrably save CO2 emissions and are certified according to internationally recognized standards.
