Server log files

Google Web Fonts

6. Data collection during phone calls

When you call us, we record your call data, i.e. your name, the phone number you’re calling from, the time and your specified call-back number as well as an order or invoice number or some other form of identification feature and safe these for processing your call.
In case you would like to talk to someone else on the phone, the first personal you talked to will forward this information internally to the addressee of your call.
The legal basis for this data collection is art. 6 par. 1 sent. 1 lit. F DSGVO.

 

Art 13 Absatz (2) lit. d) grants you a right to appeal the Data Protection Commissioner when you feel that we process your personal data in an unlawful manner.
